Step by step: how to make a cold porcelain gnome.
1 - HEAD: Make ball with the CP (skin colour) and give it the head and neck’s shape with your fingers.

2 - With the frilling stick make the mouth and open it with the medium ball tool.
3 - EARS: Mold 2 tears and make a little hollow with the medium ball tool.

4 - HAT: Make a cone with brown CP. Make a hole in the bottom with you fingers.

5 - SHOES (2): Mold a pear with the blue CP. Sharpen the thiner part and pull it upside.
6 - a) Pull upside the bigger side too. b) In that place, make a hole with the big ball tool. c) Make little canals with the frilling stick.

7 - TROUSERS: Mold a pear with black CP and divide it in the middle to make the legs.

8 - SHIRT: Make a cirlce with red CP and cut a portion out.
9 - ARMS: Make a cone with red CP and make a hole in the bigger side.

10 - HANDS: a)Make a pear with skin CP. b) Squash the bigger side and cut a portion. c) Make the fingers and pull it inside the hand.

11 - HAIR: Make tears with yellow CP and make some canals with the frilling stick.
Joining the parts:
Glue the ears and the hair to the head. Glue the hat on the hair and make some canals with the frilling stick.

Cut a strip of red CP and glue it on the body. Cover (glue) the body with red CP. Make a belt and glue it arround the shirt.

Glue the head, arms and shoes to the body.

With a marker, colour eyes and mouth.

[…] This time I’ll show you a very challenging project to do with cold porcelain: it’s a small horse that seems to be moving. I included a big pic so you can see it clearly and try to do it. Te procedure is similar to the one of the Gnome: do the different parts and glue them together, then paint the eyes and glue it on a solid surface. You can add some grass, like the one of the pic. […]
